Booking Policy for All Cosmetic & Spa Appointments
Since appointments are designated specifically for you, please respect other guests’ time by being a few minutes early so that we can begin your services on time. We ask that if you are a new client or have not see us in several years, arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We are required to update history every 2 years so you may have to fill out some paperwork prior to your service. The forms are available on our website, if you prefer to complete them ahead of time.
Cancellation Policy
We will require a valid credit card to hold all aesthetic and spa appointments. We also require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments booked on the same day have 1 hour to modify or cancel. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time will cause the credit card on file to be charged. (see below for fee schedule details). We appreciate your understanding of this policy!
